  • Process as an In-store Special Order
  • Enter the Article Numbers found on the Hot Tub Lead Times page.
  • On the ordering system, be sure to select the orange square, then click details.
  • Select quantity and add to cart.
  • Confirm customer details on Special Order are current and accurate (ie. phone number, address)
  • Ensure Delivery Method set to "Dropship to customer" and not "Store pick-up"
  • Once order is complete print out an extra copy of the sales order for the sales rep to ensure the customer's order is processed properly (Order process time of 24-48 hours)

  • Once received, Canadian Spa Company will contact the customer to discus delivery
